Job description

• Welcome guests and take care of them from their arrival to their departure.
• Contribute to ongoing guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services during their stay.
• Adapt your shifts while developing professionally in both reception and food & beverage (rotating shifts).
• Help foster guest loyalty by building personalized and friendly relationships.
• Manage any guest complaints and/or feedback; provide a response as soon as possible.
• Inform guests about conditions or procedures during their stay and the hotel's services; know everything about the special features of ibis Styles and promote the brand and its offerings according to the type of clientele.
• Manage reservations.
• Promote the brand and/or the group's loyalty program, adapting the sales pitch to meet each guest's needs.   

Requirements

• Have skills in customer service and communication.
• Know English. French and Portuguese are a plus.

• Experience will be valued.

Descripción del empleo

• Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes y cuidarlos desde su llegada hasta su salida
• Contribuir a la satisfacción permanente de los huéspedes al brindar servicios de alta calidad durante su estadía.
• Adaptar sus turnos desarrollándose profesionalmente tanto en recepción como en restauración (turnos rotativos)
• Ayudar a fomentar la lealtad del cliente mediante la construcción de relaciones personalizadas y amigables
• Gestionar cualquier queja y/o comentario de los huéspedes; proporcionar una respuesta tan pronto como sea posible
• Informar a los huéspedes sobre las condiciones o trámites durante la estancia y los servicios del hotel; conocer todo sobre las características especiales de ibis Styles y promover la marca y la oferta del hotel según el tipo de clientela.
• Gestión de reservas
• Promover la marca y/o el programa de fidelidad del grupo, adaptando el argumento de venta para satisfacer las necesidades del huésped.   

Requisitos

• Tener habilidades en el servicio al cliente y en comunicación
• Saber inglés. Francés y portugués es un plus.
