Systems and Infrastructure Technician

• Degree as a Higher Technician in Management Informatics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in administration, support, or licensing of any of the following technologies:
• VMware
• Red Hat
• MongoDB
• Nutanix
• Veeam
• Morpheus
• Oracle
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical incidents.
• Capacity to work with different technological teams.

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience in process automation.
• Additional knowledge in infrastructure, virtualization, database, or backup technologies.
• Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.

We are looking for a Systems and Infrastructure Technician to join a stable project in Seville, within a technological environment where you will have the opportunity to work with different infrastructure, virtualization, database, backup, and platform management solutions.

We are looking for a person with analytical capacity, a problem-solving orientation, and a desire to keep learning. It is not necessary to master all the indicated technologies: we will especially value if you have solid experience in any of them and the capacity to acquire knowledge about new tools and platforms.

• Analysis and resolution of technical incidents.
• Administration and support of assigned infrastructure technologies.
• Collaboration with infrastructure, development, and support teams.
• Participation in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation of procedures, configurations, and incidents.
• Maintenance of the stability and availability of environments.
• Learning and administration of new technologies incorporated into the infrastructure.
• Participation in the evolution and optimization of operational processes.
