About the role

What you'll do

Main functions and responsibilities:

· Ensure and update information in the systems.

· Internally redirect service requests and ensure they are carried out on time and properly. (Corrective and preventive maintenance).

· Record the necessary documentation in internal and external information systems.

· Transmit the necessary documents to the various contacts.

· Collaborate if a document is incomplete and requires additional information.

· Ensure the process is completed satisfactorily from start to finish.

· Collaborate with the BT and Brand department so that internal billing processes flow properly.

· Follow up with contacts on the document management tasks required to ensure service delivery, such as:

  • Processed CAE (Coordination of Business Activities).
  • Sent work orders.
  • Executed work orders.
