Position Objective

As a Ground Transport Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for comprehensively managing road freight shipments and deliveries, trucking, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will be a key point of contact in communication between clients, suppliers, rail and maritime terminals.

Transport Order Management

Receiving, processing, and coordinating road freight transport orders, trucking.

Reviewing and managing the necessary documentation to ensure correct shipments and deliveries.

Client and Supplier Service

Handling phone calls and other channels to resolve queries, issues, and coordinate operations.

Being the main point of contact with transport companies and inland/maritime terminals, maintaining agile and professional relationships.

Operational Coordination

Sending and tracking train loading/unloading lists within established deadlines.

  • Scheduling and organizing trucking services, ensuring efficiency in pickups and deliveries.

Interdepartmental Coordination
