About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager - Retail in Alcorcón, Madrid

Do you have experience in retail, team leadership, and a sales-oriented mindset?

We are looking for someone to support the overall management of the store, coordinate the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

What you'll get

Permanent contract directly with the company

Salary between €20,000 and €23,000 gross per year depending on experience.

Variable sales incentive of up to €380 per month.

Bonus of €65 for Sundays and public holidays worked (8 hours).

31 calendar days of vacation.
