About the role

Your RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers in the automotive sector. You will become a tire expert, offering personalized recommendations, sharing exclusive promotions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll do

Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert tire recommendations based on vehicle specifications and driving needs

  • Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat to ensure high-quality service
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

POLISH C2 level and fluency in English,

Wired internet connection (Ethernet) required for remote work

Residency in Barcelona, with mandatory office presence up to 5 days per month

Nice to have

Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
