Job description

Would you like to be part of a national project based in Zaragoza with coverage in the north and multi-zone areas? At Adecco Outsourcing we are selecting Field Trainers (Itinerant Profile) to join a growing project focused on supporting and developing operational teams.

Your mission will be to train, advise, and support employees in their daily activities, contributing to process improvement and compliance with quality standards, sharing the geographic coverage with other team members.

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will be part of a dynamic environment with a hybrid work model (remote + planned travel), adapting to the particularities of each area:

  • In Zaragoza and the northern area: You will work in coordination with another colleague in the area to split the in-person visits. With a periodic planning approach, in-person visits will be more weekly than daily (allowing travel to be organized with more lead time), combined with continuous support.
  • In the Balearic Islands: Very occasional coverage.
  • Delivering online training and daily follow-up via remote channels.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and in-person support sessions (according to the planned route) and remote sessions.
  • Identify needs and areas for improvement in operational teams.
  • Ensure the correct application of operational processes.
  • Plan and organize your schedule of visits and sessions autonomously, in coordination with the team.
  • Carry out ongoing follow-up to drive the development of employees.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in training, support, or field roles.
  • Experience in operational environments (logistics, retail, distribution, etc.) is valued.
  • Availability to travel as scheduled within the assigned area (Zaragoza/North, and occasional interventions in the Balearic Islands or other team regions).
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
  • Organizational skills, high autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Dynamic, resourceful profile focused on quality.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (video calls, management environments, etc.).
  • Spanish is essential (English is valued).

What do we offer?

  • Start date scheduled for the week of September 14.
  • Permanent project.
  • Salary: €1,500 gross/month (12 payments) + variable of €3,000 gross/year.
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (flexible).
  • Complete initial training before starting.
  • Hybrid model adapted to travel and area distribution with the team.
  • Autonomy in organizing your travel schedule.
  • Joining a dynamic and collaborative team.
  • Adecco benefits plan focused on your well-being and development (discounts on health insurance, ongoing training, perks portal, and internal promotion).

Interested? If you are looking for a role with impact, autonomy, balanced mobility, and a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! Apply now! At Adecco Outsourcing we look forward to meeting you.
