We offer internships for students of Industrial, Civil, Naval, Chemical, or other related engineering disciplines who want to complete internships in the Corporate Risk Underwriting area within an international insurance company. We are looking for students interested in technical analysis, the practical application of engineering, and risk management. A good level of English is necessary, as the internship takes place in an international and collaborative environment. Risk Underwriting is the area where engineering is directly applied to decision-making. It is not about selling insurance, but about analyzing real risks to decide how they can be properly insured. This function covers both retail and corporate business and is organized into different technical branches, allowing you to apply your knowledge to very diverse situations, such as:

• Engineering

• Damage

• Transport • Civil Liability (CL)

• Other specialized technical branches During your internship, you will support the underwriting teams in:

• Technical analysis of facilities, processes, and infrastructure

• Evaluation of operational, technical, and environmental risks • Review of clients' technical documentation • Support in the definition of insurance solutions

• Collaboration in prevention and safety improvement actions These internships will allow you to apply your training to real cases, develop technical and analytical criteria, and discover a little-known professional outlet where engineering plays a key role within the insurance sector.
