We are looking for students of Business Administration, Economics, Law, and related degrees, with a desire to learn and develop in various corporate and business functions, gaining a cross-functional view of the insurance sector.

Within the Generali Young Lions program, you can join different areas depending on your profile, interests, and education, so that your experience is aligned both with your professional development and with the needs of the business.

You will be part of real teams, participate in projects with impact, and learn from experienced professionals.

In which areas can you develop?

The opportunities are grouped into the following functional blocks:

Finance, Investments, and Cost & Performance

Functions oriented towards financial economic analysis, performance monitoring, and understanding how financial decisions and investments impact the business.

Strategy, Risks, Audit, and Compliance

Key functions to support strategic decision-making, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and the robustness of the business model.

Legal

A cross-functional legal function that advises the different business areas, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing legal security to the company's activity.

Operations and Business

The heart of the insurance business and the direct relationship with the client, covering the entire insurance cycle.

Marketing, Procurement, and other Support Functions

Cross-functional functions that support the business, drive brand positioning, and contribute to the efficiency and optimization of internal processes.

Global Corporate & Commercial

Generali's international business line, focused on corporate clients and projects with global scope, combining commercial vision, international coordination, and Group strategy.

What we're looking for

Our working hours are flexible, and you will have the possibility to work more than 50% of your working time remotely.
You will enjoy an extra compensation package, as our model includes a pension plan and financial support for meals; you can also request flexible compensation to access other services such as childcare, transport card, or training support.
You will have up to 30 working days of vacation to disconnect and come back with your batteries recharged (including vacation days, personal days, and corporate holidays).
