Functions:

  • Coordinate the exam supervisor team
  • Request supervisors from the selection team based on staffing needs
  • Receive and manage client requests
  • Hold follow-up meetings
  • Conduct team availability surveys
  • Assign exams to the appropriate staff
  • Prepare payroll closures
  • Prepare and present service reports
