Packaging Handling Operator (Recycling Plant)

We are looking for a packaging handling operator to join immediately a recycling plant located in Constantí.

The selected person will work in the sorting cabin, performing negative sorting tasks on waste sorting belts from the yellow container.

Main duties:

• Supervise the material moving along the sorting belt.
• Let the correct material pass according to the belt's type.
• Manually remove incorrect material (to discard it or return it to the circuit).
• Continuous work in front of the conveyor belt, in a static position, with periodic rotations between different belts and materials.
• Collaborate in basic plant maintenance and cleaning tasks: sweeping, cleaning, removing waste from the belts, etc.

Requirements

Previous experience in industrial environments, production belts, or similar positions.

High tolerance to strong odors and conditions typical of a waste plant.

Ability to perform repetitive work and remain standing.

Own vehicle essential to access the workplace.

Availability for rotating shifts and immediate start.

What do we offer?

Contract with immediate start.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts:

Morning: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Afternoon: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Night: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (Sunday to Thursday)

Salary €10/hour gross.

Stability within a consolidated industrial environment.

This is a demanding industrial environment:

• Presence of strong odors, waste with an organic component.
• Physical and repetitive work, requiring tolerance to these conditions.

Buscamos operario/a de manipulación de envases para incorporarse de manera inmediata a una planta de reciclaje ubicada en Constantí.

La persona seleccionada trabajará en la cabina de selección, realizando tareas de triaje en negativo sobre cintas de clasificación de residuos procedentes del contenedor amarillo.

Funciones principales:

• Supervisar el material que circula por la cinta de selección.
• Dejar pasar el material correcto según la tipología de la cinta.
• Retirar manualmente el material incorrecto (para desecharlo o devolverlo al circuito).
• Trabajo continuo frente a la cinta transportadora, de manera estática, con rotaciones periódicas entre diferentes cintas y materiales.
• Colaborar en tareas básicas de mantenimiento y limpieza de la planta: barrer, limpiar, retirar residuos de las cintas, etc.

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en entornos industriales, cintas de producción o puestos similares.

Alta tolerancia a olores fuertes y condiciones propias de una planta de residuos.

Capacidad para realizar trabajo repetitivo y mantenerse de pie.

Vehículo propio imprescindible para acceder al centro de trabajo.

Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos e incorporación inmediata.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Contrato con incorporación inmediata.

Jornada completa, de lunes a viernes, en turnos rotativos:

Mañana: 6h a 14h

Tarde: 14h a 22h

Noche: 22h a 6h (de domingo a jueves)

Salario 10€/h bruto.

Estabilidad dentro de un entorno industrial consolidado.

Se trata de un entorno industrial exigente:

• Presencia de olores fuertes, residuos con componente orgánico.
• Trabajo físico y repetitivo, que requiere tolerancia a estas condiciones.
