What you'll do

Production and technical support

  • Check the availability and condition of the materials necessary for the assembly of needles and auxiliary elements.
  • Assemble the ejection needles, making the necessary adjustments according to the specifications of the Route Sheet (H.R.) and the work instructions.
  • Collaborate with the die cutter in die changes, machine preparation, and job setup.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain in correct condition the utensils, tools, and materials necessary for the process.
  • Review the condition of the needle tables and perform basic maintenance and conservation actions.
  • Detect and communicate incidents or anomalies that may affect quality, safety, or productivity.

Order, cleanliness, and maintenance

  • Maintain equipment, tools, and work utensils in optimal operating, cleaning, and conservation conditions.
  • Keep the workstation clean, orderly, and in accordance with established organization and safety standards.
  • Collaborate in the cleaning and basic maintenance tasks of the area.

Environment, quality, and safety

  • Perform the correct segregation and disposal of waste in the corresponding containers, ensuring its management in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Minimize waste generation through the proper use of materials and consumables.
