From Adecco Selection, we are looking for a Composite Material Fabric Cutting Technician to join a company specializing in aerospace engineering and manufacturing. If you have experience in cutting composite materials, CNC machinery, or high-precision industrial manufacturing processes, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a highly technological environment.

Your mission will be to ensure the correct preparation, cutting, and organization of composite materials that will later be used in lamination processes, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, traceability, and efficiency.

What you'll do

- Operate CNC blade cutting machines for composite materials, such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and prepreg materials.

- Prepare and verify materials before cutting, checking their condition, identification, and usage requirements.

- Execute cutting programs based on blueprints and technical documentation (CAD/CAM, DXF, and nesting).

- Prepare manufacturing kits, ensuring the correct identification, protection, and sequencing of each component.

- Verify cutting quality, ensuring dimensional accuracy, edge finish, and the absence of defects.

- Control material traceability, managing batches, expiration dates, and out-life times.

- Perform basic machinery maintenance, including blade changes, cleaning, and checking vacuum systems.

- Collaborate with the Engineering and Production departments for continuous process improvement.

- Maintain the work area according to standards of order, cleanliness, quality, and safety.
