The role
From Fundación Adecco, we are looking for three receptionists to join an important company group in the hospitality sector in Malaga.
You will be the first image of the company, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience from the first contact. To do so, you will provide an efficient, friendly, and professional service, following the quality standards and guidelines established by the organization.
What you'll do
- Customer service.
- Check-in / Check-out.
- Reservation management.
- Daily operational support.
- Cash register closing.
- Access control.
- Closing of the establishment.
How you'll work
- Receptionist, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts.
- Receptionist, 40 hours per week, night shift (with night shift premium).
- Receptionist/administrative assistant, 20 hours per week, at tourist apartments.
