Receptionist

From Fundación Adecco, we are looking for three receptionists to join an important company group in the hospitality sector in Malaga.

You will be the first image of the company, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience from the first contact. To do so, you will provide an efficient, friendly, and professional service, following the quality standards and guidelines established by the organization.

Main duties:

• Customer service.
• Check-in / Check-out.
• Reservation management.
• Daily operational support.
• Cash register closing.
• Access control.
• Closing of the establishment.

• Demonstrable prior experience in the position.
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Permanent contract.

• Receptionist, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts.
• Receptionist, 40 hours per week, night shift (with night shift premium).
• Receptionist/administrative assistant, 20 hours per week, at tourist apartments.

Serás la primera imagen de la compañía, garantizando una atención al cliente excelente y una experiencia positiva desde el primer contacto. Para ello, ofrecerás un servicio eficaz, cercano y profesional, siguiendo los estándares de calidad y las directrices establecidas por la organización.

Funciones principales:

• Atención al cliente.
• Check-in / Check-out.
• Gestión de reservas.
• Soporte operativo diario.
• Cierre de caja.
• Control de accesos.
• Cierre de establecimiento.

• Experiencia previa demostrable en el puesto.
• Inglés avanzado tanto hablado como escrito.

Contrato indefinido.

• Recepcionista 40h semanales y turnos rotativos.
• Recepcionista 40h semanales y turno de noche (con plus de nocturnidad).
• Recepcionista administrativo/a 20 horas semanales en apartamentos turísticos.
