The role
From Adecco we are looking for a Quality Manager to define, implement and ensure quality control processes, collaborating in the definition, updating and application of quality standards, GMP, procedures, products and processes, ensuring compliance with IMS standards and procedures.
What you'll do
Functions:
1. Perform and maintain the management of the Quality system implemented at Air Liquide
2. Keep the system procedures updated and issue them to the operational directorates. Supervise the renewal of procedures and other operational documentation, allowing for the definition of common standards and best practices.
3. Ensure the coordination of the System documentation, and its distribution to the appropriate person in each case.
4. Administer the quality management software program.
5. Collaborate with the different areas of activity in the definition and monitoring of their activity indicators.
6. Perform internal safety, quality, and environmental audits and provide support during external audits.
How you'll work
Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00
Requirements
Extensive experience and knowledge in system management (design and monitoring).
Advanced English
CORE SKILLS: Quality Standards, Audits, Inspection and control technicians, IMS, Food safety/quality.
SOFT SKILLS: Analytical thinking (Analyzing trends, problems and cause-effect relationships), Safety (Acting as a safety role model, promoting
safe behaviors), Communication (Communicating clearly), Credibility.
