R&D Manager Food Sector

- Degree in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, or similar.

- Experience in R&D within the food sector.

- High level of English is essential.

- Knowledge of microbiology, HACCP, and laboratory analytical techniques.

- Proactive person, with initiative, an innovative vision, and a results orientation.

- French is valued.

At Adecco Selección, we are looking for an R&D Manager to join a major company in the food sector.

This is a newly created position, with a key role in the research, development, and continuous improvement of products, actively participating in strategic innovation projects.

• Lead the development of new products from the initial idea to their market launch.
• Research trends and analyze market products to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Optimize existing products in terms of quality, costs, and processes.
• Coordinate pilot plant trials and industrial scaling processes.
• Supervise physicochemical and microbiological analyses.
• Perform stability controls and sensory analyses.
• Manage and maintain the laboratory.
• Prepare samples for customers and provide support for the industrialization of new developments.

- Workplace in Alhama de Murcia.

- Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00.
