About the role

From Adecco Selección we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join on a stable basis an important company in the services sector located in Barcelona.

The selected person will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the services assigned in Catalonia, guaranteeing service quality and the proper management of work teams.

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Supervision and coordination of work centers.
  • Personnel management: schedules, substitutions, permits, and hiring.
  • Incident management and service follow-up.
  • Customer service and retention.
  • Monitoring and follow-up of compliance with occupational risk prevention (PRL).
  • Coordination of personnel movements and administrative support related to payroll.
  • Travel throughout Catalonia to supervise the different assigned centers.
