The role

- Detection of deviations and proposal of corrective actions.

- Supervision of compliance with quality standards in the plant.

- Daily contact with production to correct incidents and ensure the correct application of procedures.

- Periodic walks through the factory to verify processes and correct operational aspects when necessary.

- Support for the laboratory in the routine tasks of the department.

- Sampling and preparation of samples for analysis.

- Performance of microbiological controls.

- Handling of analytical techniques such as chromatography.

- Collaboration in the quality controls specific to a food laboratory.
