Job description

Your mission will be to accompany people in vulnerable situations on their path to employability, developing individualized intervention plans and working with companies to create inclusive environments.

What you'll do

Responsibilities - Conduct diagnostic interviews to learn about personal and professional background, skills, attitudes, aptitudes, and motivations.

- Designing individual intervention plans aimed at employability (habits, language skills, occupational training, guidance, and support).

- Developing and organizing training actions aimed at employability and delivering group workshops on job orientation.

- Conducting market research to find suitable job offers for the users of each program.

- Supporting partner companies in the development of their Inclusion Plans.

- Managing offers from different recruitment sources, screening, and direct profile searching.

- Conducting two-way follow-up after placement to ensure job retention.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Psychopedagogy required.

- IT skills: Microsoft Office.

- Valuable: training in job orientation, care for vulnerable groups, and assessment skills.

- Experience: At least 1 year in job orientation or intermediation with people at risk of exclusion and disability.

- Valuable: valid driver's license and access to a car.
