Previous experience in Retail, preferably in customer-oriented fashion or sport.Desirable basic knowledge of sporting products and industry trends.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Offer exceptional customer service, understanding their needs and applying the adidas service model.Contribute to meeting and exceeding store KPIs through effective sales techniques.Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant advice.Ensure product availability through replenishment and support in Visual Merchandising implementations.Execute transactions quickly, accurately, and in accordance with Profit Protection procedures.Comply with Health & Safety protocols and contribute to a safe environment for consumers and the team.Collaborate actively with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.Complete mandatory training and apply learning in day-to-day operations.Support stockroom tasks and occasionally participate in special activities such as layout changes or inventories.
