The role
As part of the Legal Advisory Department at Ahorramas, you will provide legal support on any matter related to the field, compiling and reviewing the necessary documentation and protecting the company's rights and interests.

What you'll do
- Preparing and reviewing lease, sale, and purchase contracts, surface rights, administrative concessions, and any other form of acquisition or transfer of real estate.
- Prior analysis of the documentation provided before signing contracts, researching registries, town halls, and any other necessary public bodies.
- Preparing and reviewing the public documents that reflect the aforementioned transactions.
- Drafting public deeds for declaring new constructions and establishing surface rights.
- Drafting contracts for construction works and service provisions within the scope of construction and the various trades involved in the works.
