Locker Room Assistant at a Sports Facility **MUST KNOW HOW TO SKATE**

The duties to be carried out will be:

Rental of sports equipment (skates and helmets) - checking, validating and logging entries and subsequently handing out the sports equipment needed for the activity.

Receiving returned rented equipment.

Assisting and providing information to users.

Session control - rink supervision - monitoring the proper use of the facilities - monitoring the appropriate use of equipment for the correct operation of the rink - monitoring the condition of the rink.

Control and maintenance of the equipment stock in use and in the storeroom.

Control and logging of incoming new skates/helmets and other facility equipment for proper operation.

Checking the condition of skates/helmets and other equipment.

Ensuring proper storage of skates/helmets using QR codes.

Weekly cleaning and hygiene of skates and helmets.

Carrying out established protocols during the different public sessions.

Occasionally supervising groups of children.

**MUST KNOW HOW TO SKATE**

A skating test will be carried out.

Experience in customer service and resolving conflicts/incidents.

A responsible and resourceful person.

Empathetic with organisational skills and the ability to react quickly during peak times.

Accustomed to working as part of a team, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.

A LEISURE ACTIVITIES MONITOR certificate is valued.

**MUST KNOW HOW TO SKATE**

Permanent contract from the start.

Flexible part-time hours from Monday to Sunday - ideal for combining with studies and/or another part-time job (20-25 hours).

Salary according to the collective agreement for part-time work (the one shown in the offer would be for full-time work).

Las funciones a llevar a cabo serán:

Alquiler de material deportivo (patines y cascos) - comprobación, validación y registros de entradas y posterior entrega de material deportivo necesario para la actividad.

Recepción del retorno de material alquilado.

Atención e información a usuarios.

Control de sesiones - vigilancia de pista - control del buen uso de instalaciones - control de uso adecuado de material para el correcto funcionamiento de la pista - vigilancia estado de la pista

Control y mantenimiento del stock de material al uso y almacén.

Control y registro de entradas de nuevos patines/cascos y resto de material de la instalación para un adecuado funcionamiento.

Comprobación del estado de patines/cascos y demás material.

Control del adecuado almacenamiento de patines/casco a través de código QR.

Limpieza e higiene semanal de patines y cascos.

Realización de protocolos establecidos en las diferentes sesiones publicas.

Monitoraje de grupos de niños de manera puntual.

Se hará prueba de patinaje.

Experiencia en atención al público y resolución de conflictos/incidencias.

Persona responsable y resolutiva.

Empática y con capacidad organizativa, de rápida reacción en momentos de gran afluencia.

Acostumbrado/a a trabajar en equipo, con dotes comunicativos y de adaptación a cambios.

Valorable titulo de MONITOR DE OCIO.

Contrato fijo desde el principio.

Jornada a tiempo parcial flexibles en horarios comprendidos de lunes a domingo - Ideal para compaginar con estudios y/u otro trabajo parcial (20-25 horas).

Salario según convenio por jornada parcial (el que aparece en la oferta sería por jornada completa).
