The role
What you'll do
As part of the store team and reporting to the Market Manager, your duties in the fish market will be:
●Receiving daily merchandise (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon arrival.
●Placing the fish and setting up the counter in the most attractive way possible.
●Restocking the product and the materials used in its preparation and sale (ice, bags, paper, labels, etc.)
●Placing the fish on trays (packing) and practicing proper product handling.
●Cleaning, organizing, and overseeing the materials and utensils used for fish handling, as well as maintaining the facilities (cold rooms and drains).
