At Aldesa, we are looking to incorporate a Costs Technician to strengthen the economic control of our construction projects.

The selected person will be responsible for the monitoring, analysis, and control of construction costs, contributing to the optimization of resources and the achievement of the economic objectives of the projects.

If you have experience in construction and are interested in evolving towards an analytical role with a direct impact on the profitability of projects, we want to meet you!

• Preparation and monitoring of the construction budget, controlling deviations and proposing corrective measures.
• Cost analysis and preparation of periodic reports for the economic monitoring of projects.
• Support in the economic planning of the works, aligning costs, deadlines, and resources.
• Identification and evaluation of economic risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Control and validation of certifications, production, and associated costs.
• Preparation of reports for the Management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring of key cost and profitability indicators (KPIs).
• Coordination with construction teams, planning, procurement, and finance to ensure the consistency of economic information.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of cost control and reporting processes.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.

• Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2, written and spoken).

• Stability: Incorporation into a solid company with large-scale projects.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost control functions in construction projects.
• Previous experience in construction is valuable.

• Handling of cost control and planning tools (Presto, advanced Excel, MS Project, or others).
• Knowledge of construction processes and economic analysis of projects.
• Knowledge of office software (Office).

🛠 Posición: Técnico/a de Costes

En Aldesa, buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Costes para reforzar el control económico de nuestros proyectos de construcción.

La persona seleccionada será responsable del seguimiento, análisis y control de costes de obra, contribuyendo a la optimización de recursos y al cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos de los proyectos.

• Elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto de obra, controlando desviaciones y proponiendo medidas correctoras.
• Análisis de costes y elaboración de informes periódicos para el seguimiento económico de los proyectos.
• Apoyo en la planificación económica de las obras, alineando costes, plazos y recursos.
• Identificación y evaluación de riesgos económicos, proponiendo estrategias de mitigación.
• Control y validación de certificaciones, producción y costes asociados.
• Preparación de reportes para la Dirección y otros stakeholders relevantes.
• Seguimiento de indicadores clave (KPIs) de coste y rentabilidad.
• Coordinación con equipos de obra, planificación, compras y finanzas para asegurar la coherencia de la información económica.
• Participación en la mejora continua de procesos de control de costes y reporting.

• Grado en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o similar.

• Nivel medio-alto de inglés (B2, escrito y hablado).

• Estabilidad: Incorporación a una compañía sólida con proyectos de gran envergadura.
• Impacto directo: Participación clave en la rentabilidad y éxito de los proyectos.
• Desarrollo profesional: Crecimiento dentro del área de control económico y gestión de proyectos.

• Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en funciones de control de costes en proyectos de construcción.
• Valorable experiencia previa en obra.

• Manejo de herramientas de control de costes y planificación (Presto, Excel avanzado, MS Project u otras).
• Conocimientos de procesos constructivos y análisis económico de proyectos.
• Conocimientos de ofimática (Office).
