🛠 Position: Technical Planning Technician

At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to participate in large-scale, high-impact projects. We are looking for a Technical Planning Technician with experience in the construction sector to join the Planning team within the Technical Office.

The selected person will be responsible for the creation, monitoring, and control of project planning, ensuring compliance with deadlines, optimization of resources, and coordination between the different areas involved.

What you'll do

  • Creation of detailed construction schedules (initial planning and reviews).
  • Periodic monitoring and updating of the project planning.
  • Analysis of schedule deviations and proposal of corrective measures.
  • Coordination with site managers, production, purchasing, and subcontractors.
  • Integration of planning with costs (production control and progress).
  • Preparation of progress reports (S-curves, milestones, KPIs).
  • Identification of planning risks and development of alternative scenarios.
  • Support in tenders through the preparation of construction plans.
  • Document management related to planning.

  • BIM software (Navisworks, Revit).
  • ERP systems (SAP or others).

Education & certifications

  • Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.

Languages

Experience

  • Between 4 and 8 years in planning of construction projects (civil works or building).
  • Experience in construction environments and multidisciplinary coordination.

Technical knowledge

  • Mastery of planning tools:
  • MS Project
  • Primavera P6
  • Advanced use of Excel.
  • Knowledge of project control methodologies (EVM, critical path analysis).
