What we're looking for

🎯 Requirements:

Education: Engineering degree
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years as a Site Manager on singular building, industrial, or logistics center projects, with a specialty in installations.
Experience with high-budget projects (>€50M).
Knowledge of complex structures and coordination of installations.
Experience with planning tools (MS Project/Primavera).
Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English.

Nice to have

Experience in data centers or projects with critical installations is a plus.

What you'll do

📋 Responsibilities:

Overall project management.
Economic planning and control (costs, production, certifications).
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Management of subcontractors and suppliers.
Liaison with the technical management team.
Quality, health & safety, and environmental supervision.
Schedule and milestone control.
