At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects. We are looking for a Head of Production to join the structural rehabilitation project of the railway tunnel in Rubí.

This is a high technical complexity operation in an operational railway environment, which includes structural reinforcements, vault work, drainage improvement, and railway facility work, carried out in night windows and scheduled cuts.

Planning and monitoring of work sites.
Organization of teams and means on site.
Control of performance and production.
Coordination of night window work.
Monitoring of safety, quality, and planning.

Experience: +3 years in civil or railway construction production.
Education: Engineering or similar.
Valuable experience in tunnels or work on operational tracks.

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad de liderar proyectos de gran impacto. Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Producción para incorporarse al proyecto de rehabilitación estructural del túnel ferroviario en Rubí.

Se trata de una actuación de alta complejidad técnica en un entorno ferroviario en explotación, que incluye refuerzos estructurales, trabajos en bóveda, mejora de drenaje y actuaciones en instalaciones ferroviarias, ejecutadas en ventanas nocturnas y cortes programados.

Planificación y seguimiento de tajos.
Organización de equipos y medios en obra.
Control de rendimientos y producción.
Coordinación de trabajos en ventanas nocturnas.
Seguimiento de seguridad, calidad y planificación.
