🛠 Position: Contract Management Specialist

At Aldesa, we are looking to bring on board a Contract Management Specialist to strengthen the corporate team, providing support for projects in different countries.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the analysis, supervision, and coordination of construction contracts, with a focus on risk management, planning, and economic control, as well as the preparation and follow-up of claims.

This is a strategic position, with a global view of projects and strong interaction with multidisciplinary teams. If you have experience in construction and are interested in moving toward a more analytical and cross-functional role, we want to meet you!

• Review of contractual documentation, including technical documentation with contractual implications.

• Supervision of compliance with contractual terms, risk management, and cost control associated with projects and claims.

• Identification of risks, contractual opportunities, and assessment of economic impacts.

• Analysis and monitoring of construction scheduling and evaluation of deviations.

• Support in the implementation of policies and document management systems for contracts and claims.

• Coordination between construction teams and corporate departments (planning, cost control, legal, and financial).

• Definition of claim strategies with clients, as well as their preparation, presentation, and follow-up.

• Preparation of analysis reports on the status of contracts.

• Simultaneous management of multiple contracts, risks, costs, and claims in dynamic environments.

• Experience in managing contracts related to projects.

• Experience in planning and cost control.

• Experience in claims management in the construction sector is valued.

• Knowledge of project planning and control tools (Presto, MS Project, etc.).

• Proficiency in office software (Office).

• Knowledge of document management and filing techniques.

• Knowledge of legal regulations in international environments is valued.
