Requirements
What we're looking for
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in operations, trade processing, or a similar role within the financial industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and tools used for trade processing and data management.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Nice to have

What you'll do
Trade Processing: Ensure all client trades are sent correctly and in a timely manner to the Transfer Agents responsible for each fund.
Confirmation Management: Verify that all trade confirmations are received accurately and sent to clients for payment of subscriptions or receipt of redemption proceeds.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding trade statuses and confirmations.
Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all trades and confirmations.
Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to trade processing and confirmations.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on trade activities and operational performance
