Workshop Staff (First-Class Electrician)

What will your day-to-day look like?

We are looking for a first-class electrician or electromechanical technician for our workshop located in Ibiza.

If you have intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics, automotive or electricity, and you are interested in working at our company, do not hesitate to apply!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Electrical maintenance of vehicles.

• Maintenance and inspection of chargers for the electric fleet.

• Collaborate with the technical team to implement improvements in processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Training: Intermediate or advanced vocational qualification in mechanics, electromechanics or related disciplines. High-voltage training is a plus.

• Experience: Experience as an electrician carrying out maintenance on electric or hybrid vehicles is essential.

• Interest in innovation: Passion for new technologies and for continuous learning.

• Attitude: Proactivity, responsibility and teamwork.

• Desirable: holding a bus category D driving licence.

What do we offer you?

• Workplace: Sant Antoni de Portmany.

• Contract: Permanent.

• Working hours: Full-time.

• Schedule and days off system: Monday to Friday in rotating shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Weekly on-call phone duty and in-person weekend mornings are required.

• Salary: €1,607 gross per month + 3 extra payments.

¿Cómo va a ser tu día a día?

Buscamos electricista o electromecánico/a oficial de 1ª para nuestro taller ubicado en Ibiza.

Si tienes formación en grado medio o superior en electromecánica, automoción o electricidad, y te interesa trabajar en nuestra empresa, ¡no dudes en inscribirte!

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

• Formación: Grado medio o superior en mecánica, electromecánica o disciplinas relacionadas. Valorable formación en alta tensión.

• Experiencia: Imprescindible experiencia como electricista realizando mantenimiento de vehículos eléctricos o híbridos.

• Interés por la innovación: Pasión por las nuevas tecnologías y por aprender continuamente.

• Actitud: Proactividad, responsabilidad y trabajo en equipo.

• Valorable disponer de carnet D de autobús.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

• Centro de trabajo: Sant Antoni de Portmany.

• Contrato: Indefinido.

• Jornada: Completa.

• Horario y sistema de libranzas: De lunes a viernes en turnos rotativos de 6:00 a 14:00 y de 13:30 a 21:30 horas. Se realizan guardias semanales telefónicas y fines de semana presencial en horario de mañana.

• Salario: 1.607€ brutos al mes + 3 pagas extra.
