What you'll do
- Strategic Collective Bargaining: Plan and lead the negotiation of company agreements and deals, seeking sustainable pacts with unions.

What you'll do
- Negociación Colectiva Estratégica:Planificar y dirigir la negociación de convenios y acuerdos de empresa, buscando pactos sostenibles con los sindicatos.
- Control de Costes Laborales:Analizar y modelizar el impacto económico de los acuerdos colectivos para controlar el gasto laboral y asegurar la rentabilidad a largo plazo.
- Gestión de Huelgas y Crisis:Diseñar e implementar planes de contingencia para huelgas, gestionando la crisis y minimizando el impacto operativo.
- Asesoría y Cumplimiento Normativo:Actuar como experto jurídico interno para asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral y prevenir litigios.
- Interlocución con Agentes Sociales:Mantener una relación fluida y constructiva con la RLPT para fortalecer el clima laboral.
