What you'll do

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in the management of the company's Prevention Plan regarding its definition, procedure, control, and monitoring at a national level.

  • Participate in the implementation of the specialties of Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology, as well as coordinate health surveillance with the external prevention service.

  • Provide training in OSH matters as well as request specific training to be included in the Annual Plan in collaboration with the Training department.

  • Monitor the company's occupational accident rate through the preparation of quarterly reports, case follow-up with the Mutual insurance company, and analysis of occupational accidents.

  • Advise centers on prevention matters regarding legislative updates, and requirements from the INSST and ITSS.

  • Handle external requests regarding prevention: labor inspections, lawsuits, conciliations, and judicial processes, as well as provide support during internal and external audits.
