Sales / Administrative Assistant - Automotive Sector

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales position within the automotive sector, preferably in a dealership or vehicle dealership.

Clear commercial and customer orientation.

Knowledge of the automotive and pre-owned vehicle sector.

Experience in preparing quotes and document management linked to the buying and selling of vehicles.

Knowledge in the management and processing of vehicle financing.

Ability to manage and follow up on commercial leads.

Regular use of office and digital tools.

Management of social networks, especially Instagram and TikTok, and ability to create basic content oriented towards customer acquisition.

Driver's license and own vehicle.

Availability to provide verifiable professional references.

Versatile, dynamic, organized, resourceful person with initiative.

Training related to Commerce and Sales, Administration, Marketing, or Automotive will be valued, although practical knowledge and experience in the automotive sector will be prioritized over a specific degree.

From Ananda Gestión ETT, we are selecting a Sales / Administrative professional for an important company in the automotive sector located in Vilassar de Mar.

We are looking for a versatile, dynamic, and organized person, with commercial experience in the automotive sector and the ability to combine sales, administrative, and customer service functions.

Commercial attention and advice to the customer throughout the entire purchasing process, from the first contact to after-sales.

Management, follow-up, and conversion of leads coming from different commercial and digital channels.

Preparation of offers, quotes, and documentation related to sales operations.

Management and processing of vehicle financing operations.

Follow-up of commercial operations and coordination of the necessary documentation until their closure.

Attention and resolution of customer inquiries and incidents.

Social media management, especially Instagram and TikTok, including content creation and posting.

Attention and communication with national and international customers, using English when necessary.

Requirements

Full-time.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 h and from 15:00 to 19:00 h.
