Driver and Moving Operative – Category B License

At Ananda Gestión ETT, we are selecting a Driver and Moving Operative to join a major company in the moving sector located in Avilés, a leader in its activity and specialized in offering a quality service to its clients.

What will your duties be?

• Driving a van for the transfer of furniture, belongings, and goods.
• Loading and unloading of furniture, boxes, and other objects, guaranteeing their correct handling.
• Preparation, placement, and distribution of belongings in the vehicle to optimize space and avoid damage during transport.
• Collaboration in the basic assembly and disassembly of furniture, when necessary.

• Driving a van for the transfer of furniture, belongings, and goods.

• Preparation, placement, and distribution of belongings in the vehicle to optimize space and avoid damage during transport.
• Collaboration in the basic assembly and disassembly of furniture, when necessary.
• Assistance in the tasks of packing, protecting, and conditioning objects.
• Delivery and placement of belongings at the corresponding destination, following the team's instructions.
• Maintenance of order and care of the vehicle, tools, and work materials.
• Cordial customer service during the provision of the service, maintaining a professional and proactive attitude.

• Valid Category B driving license, an essential requirement.
• Previous experience in van driving, moving, delivery, or similar positions.
• Good physical condition to perform usual tasks of loading and unloading furniture and bulky items.
• Responsible, punctual, organized person who is careful with the objects being transported.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to the needs of each service.
• Proactive attitude, commitment, and customer orientation.

We will especially value previous experience in moving companies and the careful handling of furniture and belongings.

• Joining a major company in the moving sector in Avilés.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 h, including one hour for lunch.
• Schedule that allows for free weekends, except for exceptional service needs.
• Working conditions in accordance with the applicable Collective Agreement for Road Freight Transport.
