Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in mechanical repair of semi-trailers or an official truck dealership (tractor units).
Knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics of industrial vehicles, as well as in detection and repair of hydraulic faults.
Handling of workshop tools and equipment for industrial vehicles, including manual and pneumatic tools, drills, hydraulic jacks, overhead crane and hoist, brake tester, play detector, ABS/EBS diagnostic equipment, and brake riveter.
Mechanical or electromechanical training.
Welding training.
Overhead Crane certificate.
Forklift certification.

Nice to have

Own vehicle is valued.

The role

From Ananda Gestión y Soluciones de RRHH, we are selecting an Electromechanic to perform fault detection and repair of mechanical systems (axles, brakes, suspensions, etc.) AND electrical / pneumatic systems of semi-trailers. This company is located in the Utebo area (Zaragoza).

What you'll do

ABS/EBS diagnosis (Wabco, Haldex).
Axle repair: disassembly, replacement of brake components, greasing, bearing replacement.
Brakes: replacement and repair of shoes and pads, caliper maintenance (greasing, seals, etc.).
Suspension: replacement of air bellows, leaf springs, silentblocks, regulation of pneumatic suspensions.
Electrical systems: checking the lighting circuit, repair and replacement of indicator lights, lamps, and bulbs, fault finding, running cable, and securing and connecting.
Brake systems: ABS/EBS → diagnosis of electronic unit faults, replacement of valves, and brake regulation.

Additional Information

Contract through an employment agency.
Salary according to collective agreement.
Schedule: Full-time
Immediate start.
