What we're looking for

Degree or Diploma in Speech Therapy.
Own vehicle is essential to carry out the travel related to the service.
Negative certificate of sexual offenses with a maximum age of three months when required for hiring.
No experience is required, but experience with people with disabilities, children and youth, inclusive leisure, and group facilitation will be valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct hiring.
Salary between 200 and 256 € gross per month, depending on the hours worked.
Travel allowance: round-trip mileage at a rate of 0.18 €/km.

At ANANDA, we are looking to hire 2 SPEECH THERAPISTS to participate in an inclusive leisure program aimed at people with disabilities in Illescas (Toledo).📍

What you'll do

What will your functions be?💼

Care and supervision of people with disabilities.

Facilitation of inclusive group leisure activities.

Development of personal, social, and communicative skills.

Support for the autonomy and participation of the users.

Adaptation of activities to the needs of each participant.

Monitoring of users and coordination with the professional team.

Participation in family respite programs and leisure outings.

How you'll work

What will your schedule be?⏰

The activity takes place mainly on Saturdays, in two types of programming:

"Pensamos en Ti" Program: three Saturdays a month, from 17:00 to 21:00 h.
Inclusive leisure outings: approximately one outing per month, from 16:00 to 21:00 h.

The employment is part-time and is linked to the programming of the activities.

Additional Information

Expected start date: November 7, 2026.
