Requirements

Training related to Food Quality, Laboratory, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or similar.
Knowledge of HACCP, traceability, quality controls, and IFS regulations.
Responsible, organized person with the ability to work as part of a team.
Availability to work rotating shifts and alternating Saturdays.
Nice to have
Previous experience in quality departments of food companies is valued.

At Ananda ETT, we are selecting a Food Quality Technician to join directly a consolidated company in the food sector, located in the Arganda del Rey area.
We are looking for an organized, methodical person with attention to detail, who wants to be part of the quality department and actively participate in the control of the plant's processes and products.
What you'll do
Control and monitoring of manufacturing processes to guarantee quality standards.
Visual inspection and performance of quality controls on raw materials and finished products.
Sampling and performance of laboratory analysis.
Monitoring of quality procedures and compliance with IFS regulations.
Control of records, traceability, and HACCP procedures.
Management and investigation of non-conformities, incidents, and customer complaints.
Collaboration in staff training regarding quality and food safety.
Proposal of improvements in the plant's processes and procedures.
How you'll work
Full-time, Monday to Friday, in rotating shifts:
Morning: 06:00 to 14:00
Afternoon: 14:00 to 22:00
Alternating Saturdays from 06:00 h until production is finished.
