Data and Analytics Specialist - Alternative Investments (Madrid).

As a Data and Analytics Specialist, you will be part of the Alternative Investments team, being responsible for the management, evolution, and exploitation of the information that supports the monitoring of distributed products.

Your main responsibility will be to guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information, transforming large volumes of data into useful information for investment monitoring and decision-making. To this end, you will participate in the design and development of tools, processes, and automations aimed at improving the efficiency and evolution of the team's way of working.

• Management and maintenance of the Alternative Investments monitoring database.

• Requesting, consolidating, validating, and updating information received from the various asset managers.

• Guaranteeing the quality, consistency, and traceability of the data.

• Detection and analysis of inconsistencies between qualitative information and key financial indicators.

• Design and evolution of indicators, dashboards, and alert systems to improve product monitoring.

• Automation of recurring processes for capturing, processing, and exploiting information.

• Development of tools that allow for enriched analysis through AI and advanced analytics.

• Collaboration with the team to transform business needs into simple, efficient, and scalable technological solutions.

• Adaptation and evolution of current monitoring tools to new business needs, supported by AI tools for the design, organization, and exploitation of information.
