• ​Lead educational sessions with groups, adapting the presentation to the audience's profile. 
• ​Convey scientific content in a clear, educational, and accessible manner. 
• ​Provide information to visitors, offering brief and accessible explanations about the museum's exhibits. 
• ​Interact with the public proactively, answering questions and fostering interest in the displayed content. 
• ​Adapt explanations based on the type of audience and the context of the visit. 
• ​Ensure an enriching and high-quality visitor experience. 
• ​Ensure proper use of spaces and materials, promoting respectful attitudes towards the environment.

At Cap Roig Botanical Garden (Calella de Palafrugell).

What type of contract do we offer?

Fixed-discontinuous.

When will you start?

You will join the team in September 2026, and the position will end on November 27, 2026.

What will your working hours be?

Part-time position, working alternate weekends, with hours from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Occasionally, you may also work on other days of the week depending on the scheduled agenda.

Join the Educator team at Cap Roig Botanical Garden and be part of a unique experience in a privileged natural setting. You will help share knowledge and convey the richness of the garden to visitors, helping them enjoy an enriching experience while promoting respect and environmental awareness.

• ​Training related to the environment: Environmental Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Geography, Environmental Education, or other related fields. 
• ​Fluency in Catalan and Spanish; other languages such as English or French are valued. 
• ​Obtain a certificate of no sexual offenses (we will guide you through the process). 
• ​Live in municipalities near Cap Roig or have your own vehicle for commuting.

• ​Adaptar les explicacions segons el tipus de públic i el context de la visita. 
• ​Garantir una experiència de visita enriquidora i de qualitat. 
• ​Vetllar pel bon ús dels espais i materials, promovent actituds respectuoses amb l’entorn.

​Quan serà la teva incorporació?

T’incorporaràs a l’equip al setembre de 2026 i finalitzaràs el 27 de novembre de 2026.

​Quina serà la teva jornada i horari?

Jornada parcial, treballaràs els caps de setmana quinzenals, en horari de dissabtes, diumenges i festius de 10h a 13:30h.

​Puntualment, també es treballarà altres dies de la setmana segons la programació de l’agenda.

​Uneix-te a l’equip d’Educadors/es del Jardí Botànic de Cap Roig i forma part d’una experiència única en un entorn natural privilegiat. Contribuiràs a divulgar coneixement i a transmetre la riquesa del jardí a les persones visitants, ajudant-les a viure una experiència enriquidora, alhora que fomentes el respecte i la consciència ambiental.

• ​Formació relacionada amb el medi ambient: Ciències Ambientals, Biologia, Geografia, Química, Educació Ambiental o altra formació relacionada amb el medi natural.  
• ​Domini del Català, Castellà i valorable altres idiomes com l’anglès o el francès.  
• ​Tramitar el certificat de delictes sexuals (t’ensenyem com tramitar-ho).  
• ​Residir a municipis propers a Cap Roig o tenir vehicle propi per desplaçar-se.
