The Protected Natural Areas are valuable places that must balance ecosystem conservation with responsible enjoyment by people. To preserve them, it is essential that visitors act respectfully and avoid leaving any kind of footprint. This is only possible if they have good information about the best practices to follow during their visit. For this reason, the PNAs have teams of information officers who provide a close, quality service to visitors, offering useful guidance, explaining current regulations, and providing tips and recommendations for enjoying the environment respectfully.

• Ensure a warm welcome and provide active information to visitors of the natural area, emphasizing the importance of the area's natural and cultural values and the restrictions associated with the area for proper conservation.
• Provide information on good practices recommended by the person responsible for the natural area to ensure a responsible visit with minimal environmental impact. Also, inform users who are not following proper use of the area about how they should act, and, if the behavior persists and when the protocol determines it, notify the service coordinator described in section 3.4 of this specification.
• Communicate to the service coordinator, as soon as possible, any incidents that may arise in the development of the service, so that this person can assess the need for intervention by the security forces, inform the person in charge of the natural space, and proceed to contact them if necessary.
• When the protocol establishes it, contact emergency services through 112 and notify the situation to the person in charge of the natural space and to the service coordinator.
• Update information daily, taking into account both official Civil Protection alerts (NEUCAT, INFOCAT, etc.) and the Alfa Plan notices, as well as periodic information on incidents and events provided by the person responsible for the natural area (status of forest tracks, hunting notices, organized activities...).
• Provide visitors with informational material as needed.
• Perform tasks of collecting the public price of informational material or the collection of the cost of a service linked to the management of public use. This collection service will only be carried out in those natural spaces that have data terminals and always through this means of collection.
• Collect visitor data, either directly through the application established by the person responsible for the natural area (via an electronic device such as a tablet or computer with internet access) or, if there is no coverage, through the system determined by the person responsible.
• Enter the data into the designated application. The natural area will provide the access credentials and manuals for using this application at the time the contract is awarded.
• Conduct surveys of natural park visitors. The survey questions and dates will be agreed upon in advance with the person responsible for each natural area.
• Collect suggestions and complaints from users in order to forward them to the service coordinator described in section 3.4 of this specification.
• Report any incidents detected in the information facilities (signage, signals, etc.) and in the regulation of public use of the space to the service coordinator, as described in section 3.4 of this specification. If applicable, document them with photographs.

Where will you work? At the Llobregat Delta Natural Park

What type of contract do we offer? Permanent intermittent contract.

What will your working schedule be? You will join the team from Tuesday to Sunday from 15/09/26 to 31/12/26 and the weekend team from 01/10/2026 to 31/12/2026

The schedule you will work would be part-time, on the Tuesday-to-Sunday team 4h/day, and on the weekend team 4h/day.

Training:

• Minimum qualification of ESO or its equivalent.

Other requirements

• Experience in visitor/citizen attention tasks is valued
• A minimum of 25 hours of training on natural spaces.
• Minimum level B2 of Catalan and Spanish, level B2 of English and/or French is valued
• Proficiency in office software.
• Provide a negative certificate of sexual offenses.
• To access your workplace, you will need to have a driver's license (B) and your own vehicle.
• Reside in municipalities near the Llobregat Delta Natural Areas.

• Garantir la bona acollida i una informació activa als visitants de l'espai natural, fent èmfasi en la importància dels valors naturals i culturals de l'espai i les restriccions associades a l'espai per a una bona conservació.
• Informar sobre les bones pràctiques recomanades per la persona responsable de l'espai natural per tal de garantir una visita responsable amb el mínim impacte possible. I als usuaris que no estiguin fent un ús correcte de l'espai, informar-los sobre com caldria actuar i, en el cas que el comportament persisteixi i quan el protocol ho determini, informar a la persona coordinadora del servei descrita a l'apartat 3.4 d'aquest plec.
• Comunicar a la persona coordinadora dels serveis, en el mínim temps possible, les incidències que puguin sorgir en el desenvolupament del servei, perquè aquest pugui avaluar la necessitat d'intervenció per part dels cossos de seguretat, informar al responsable de l'espai natural, i procedir a contactar-hi si és el cas.
• Quan el protocol ho estableixi, contactar amb cossos d'emergències a través del 112 i notificar la situació al responsable de l'espai natural i a la persona coordinadora dels serveis.
• Actualitzar diàriament la informació, tenint en compte tant les alertes oficials de Protecció Civil (NEUCAT, INFOCAT, etc.), com els avisos del Pla Alfa i la informació periòdica sobre incidències i esdeveniments que li faciliti la persona responsable de l'espai natural (estat de les pistes forestals, avisos de batudes, activitats organitzades...).
• Lliurar als visitants, segons necessitats, el material informatiu de què es disposi.
• Realitzar tasques de cobrament del preu públic de material informatiu o el cobrament del cost d'un servei vinculat a la gestió de l'ús públic. Aquest servei de cobrament només es realitzarà en aquells espais naturals que disposin de datàfons i sempre a través d'aquest mitjà de cobrament.
• Recollir les dades dels visitants, bé directament a través de l'aplicatiu que estableixi el responsable de l'espai natural (a través d'un suport electrònic tipus tauleta tàctil o ordinador amb connexió a internet) o, si no hi ha cobertura, a través del sistema que determini el responsable de l'espai.
• Incorporar les dades a l'aplicatiu establert. L'espai natural facilitarà les claus d'accés i els manuals per accedir a aquest aplicatiu en el moment de l'adjudicació del contracte.
• Realitzar enquestes adreçades als visitants del parc natural. Les preguntes de l'enquesta i les dates de realització s'acordaran prèviament amb el responsable de cada espai natural.
• Recollir els suggeriments i les reclamacions dels usuaris per tal d'adreçar-los a la persona coordinadora del servei descrita a l'apartat 3.4 d'aquest plec.
• Comunicar les incidències que es detectin en els equipaments informatius (cartelleres, senyalitzacions...) i de regulació de l'ús públic que hi hagi a l'espai a la persona coordinadora del servei, descrita a l'apartat 3.4 d'aquest plec. Si escau, documentar-ho amb fotografies.

On treballaràs? Al Parc Natural del Delta de Llobregat

Quina serà la teva jornada i horari? T'incorporaràs a l'equip de Dissabtes, Diumenges i Festius del 01/10/2026 al 31/08/2027

L'horari que realitzaràs seria parcial 4h/dia: De 10:00h a 14:00h.

Formació:

• Titulació mínima d'ESO o el seu corresponent equivalent.

Altres requisits

• Valorable tenir experiència en tasques d'atenció al visitant/ciutadania
• Un minim de 25 hores de formació sobre espais naturals.
• Minim nivell B2 del Català i Castellà, valorable tenir un B2 d'anglès i/o francés
• Domini de ofimàtica.
• Acreditar un certificat de delictes sexuals negatiu.
• Per accedir al teu lloc de treball, necessitaràs tenir carnet de conduir (B) i vehicle propi.
• Residir a municipis propers al Espais Naturals del Delta del Llobregat.
