Join the Municipal Waste and Contributions team and help improve the management of urban services. You will lead street cleaning and waste collection projects, ensuring their quality and efficiency, and driving decision-making through data analysis.

📍 Location: Madrid.
📄 Contract type: Permanent.
🕒 Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Thursday with flexible entry between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM and departure between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM, with a flexible break. Fridays with a continuous working day from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Provide technical experience in municipal waste management, taking on increasing responsibilities within projects and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Support the Manager in financial management activities and team coordination, progressively developing leadership skills and budget control.
• Act as a technical point of reference for the consulting team, contributing to knowledge sharing and the professional development of more junior team members.
• Prepare and review analytical studies, economic assessments, technical reports, and other deliverables, ensuring their technical quality and suitability for each project's needs.
• Design and develop analytical tools, methodologies, work protocols, and procedures that contribute to improving project management and standardizing team practices.
• Prepare and present results, conclusions, and technical recommendations to clients, public administrations, and other stakeholders.

Education

• University degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering (Environmental, Industrial, or similar), or equivalent qualifications.

Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Workspace, and data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of municipal waste management, circular economy, environmental regulations, and planning of street cleaning and urban waste collection services.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and development of indicators for project monitoring and evaluation.
• Familiarity with collaboration and document management tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with modeling tools, environmental databases, and geographic information systems (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar) will be valued.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of Catalan and/or Valencian will be valued.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting projects, technical assistance, or management related to municipal waste.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing technical studies, economic analyses, reports, and specialized documents.
• Experience in project coordination and liaison with public administrations, service companies, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing technical bids for public tenders and proposals for private sector clients.
• Experience in coordinating and supervising technical teams will be valued.
