What you'll do

  • Ensure a warm welcome and active information for visitors to the natural area, emphasizing the importance of the natural and cultural values of the area and the restrictions associated with the area for proper conservation.  
  • ​​Inform about the good practices recommended by the person responsible for the natural area to ensure a responsible visit with the minimum possible impact. And for users who are not making correct use of the area, inform them about how they should act and, if the behavior persists and when the protocol determines it, inform the service coordinator described in section 3.4 of this specification.  
  • ​Communicate to the service coordinator, as soon as possible, any incidents that may arise during the service, so they can assess the need for intervention by security forces, inform the person responsible for the natural area, and proceed to contact them if applicable.  
  • ​When the protocol establishes it, contact emergency services via 112 and notify the situation to the person responsible for the natural area and the service coordinator.

How you'll work

Where will you work?

At the Collserola Natural Park.

  • What type of contract do we offer? Fixed-term discontinuous. 
  • What will your working hours and schedule be? You will join the team from 21/09/26  to 13/12/26. 

The

schedule

will be part-time; we are looking to cover the service on weekdays (5h/day), and also to cover the weekend service (5h/day).

​In both roles, the service schedule will be from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and hired individuals will receive prior training.

Skills & Expertise

​Education: 

  • ​Minimum qualification of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or its equivalent. 


​Other requirements: 

  • ​Experience in visitor/citizen service tasks is valued 
  • ​A minimum of 25 hours of training on natural areas.  
  • ​Minimum B2 level in Catalan and Spanish; a B2 in English and/or French is valued 
  • ​Proficiency in office software. 
  • ​Provide a certificate of no sexual offenses
  • ​To access your workplace, you will need to have a driver's license (B) and your own vehicle. 
  • ​Reside in municipalities near the Collserola Natural Park.
