If you are looking for a new job opportunity, from Adecco Selección, we are looking for a Trainer in Barcelona for one of our clients, a specialist in heavy machinery. What will your duties be? Delivering Training:

What you'll do

Leading theoretical and practical training sessions, both in-person and online, using varied and participatory teaching methodologies.

Adapting the teaching style to the characteristics of the audience, ensuring participants' understanding and engagement.

Resolving questions and encouraging active participation during the sessions.

Design and Development of Training Content:

Preparing training plans, presentations, manuals, practical case studies, etc., adapted to the specific needs of the different positions and departments of the organization, and in compliance with the applicable occupational risk prevention legislation.

Staying up to date on the latest developments in regulations, technical matters, and best practices in occupational risk prevention.

Evaluation and Monitoring:

Carrying out learning assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training activities.

Preparing reports on the results of the training sessions and proposing continuous improvement actions.

Participating in identifying occupational risk prevention training needs in collaboration with the corresponding departments.
