At Aqualia, a company specialized in integrated water cycle management, we are looking for an Administrative Officer profile in Tafalla (Navarra).

  • Management and monitoring of work orders and reports, using the AqualiaNOW platform for the assignment, control, and closure of actions carried out by operational teams.
  • Coordination and communication with suppliers, submitting requests for quotes, order tracking, document management, and resolution of incidents arising from the provision of services or supply of materials.
  • Support in the preparation of reports and administrative documentation, collaborating with service management in monitoring indicators and management tasks.
  • Telephone and in-person attention to users, customers, and collaborators, providing information and directing inquiries or incidents to the corresponding departments.
