Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's degree in Architecture.
2-3 years of relevant professional experience (Background in consultancy is really valuable)
Full professional English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Availability for site visits and client meetings across Spain.
Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.

Arcadis is looking for a Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Development Consultancy team in Madrid, Spain. Our ideal candidate will have technical background and good personal soft skills with innovative and digital orientation.

What you'll do

As a member of our Development Consultancy team (Technical Advisory) the tasks to be performed include:

Contribute to the implementation and development of technical due diligences/project supervision in real estate transactions.
Analysis of risks in the day-to-day running of buildings.
Estimate investment costs to reverse asset defects and/or legal non-conformities.
Build and maintain relationships with our clients and provide a high level of client service.
