ARTIEM Asturias is looking to add to its HOUSEKEEPING department a person oriented toward detail and quality in execution, organized and who enjoys teamwork.

Your main mission will be to ensure the cleanliness, order, and readiness of the rooms and assigned areas, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and customer experience standards and  creating a welcoming and clean environment in every corner of our facilities.

• Cleaning and maintenance of the hotel's rooms and common areas, ensuring they are in perfect condition for guest use.
• Restocking room supplies, such as towels, sheets, soaps, and other items needed for a comfortable stay.
• Collaborate with the cleaning team to meet daily cleaning goals and ensure efficient, smooth teamwork.
• Notify the relevant department of any damage or need for repair in the facilities.
• Follow the cleaning and safety procedures established by the company to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

• Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position, preferably in high-category hotels.
• Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proactive attitude and customer service orientation.

ARTIEM Asturias busca incorporar a su departamento de PISOS a una persona orientada al detalle y la calidad en la ejecución, organizada y que disfrute del trabajo en equipo.

Tu misión principal será garantizar la limpieza, orden y puesta a punto de las habitaciones y zonas asignadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, higiene y experiencia del cliente y  creando un entorno acogedor y limpio en cada rincón de nuestras instalaciones.

• Limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones y áreas comunes del hotel, asegurando que se encuentren en perfecto estado para el uso de los huéspedes.
• Reposición de los suministros de las habitaciones, como toallas, sábanas, jabones, y otros artículos necesarios para una estancia confortable.
• Colaborar con el equipo de limpieza para cumplir con los objetivos diarios de limpieza y garantizar un trabajo en equipo eficiente y fluido.
• Notificar al departamento correspondiente sobre cualquier daño o necesidad de reparación en las instalaciones.
• Seguir los procedimientos de limpieza y seguridad establecidos por la empresa para garantizar un ambiente seguro y saludable.

• Experiencia previa de 2 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en hoteles de alta categoría.
• Atención al detalle y alto nivel de organización.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.
• Actitud proactiva y orientada al servicio al cliente.
