What you'll do

Main objectives and functions of the position:

Effectively manage the personnel of the assigned group, based on the guidelines set by the Warehouse Manager
Ensure the smooth running of each process within their shift, controlling and supervising it.
Manage orders with shortages and customers' backorders.
Perform inventory.
Supervise the hours and productivity of the personnel in the assigned group.
Guarantee the order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the warehouse.
Perform the initial training of new hires to the assigned group.
