What we're looking for

Vocational Training in Nursing Assistance, Vocational Training in Sociosanitary Care or Professional Certificate (homologated title).
Experience of between 6 months and 1 year in an Elderly Residence.

Initial temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Full-time position on morning shift (7:10 AM - 2:40 PM) or afternoon shift (2:30 PM - 10:00 PM), Monday through Sunday, with rotating days off. New days-off system that increases the frequency of time off!

Therefore, we are looking to hire a Caregiver/Nursing Assistant at our Ballesol Vía Parque center who shares our vocation for care and support, contributing to the physical and emotional well-being of the elderly.

Provide comprehensive care to residents, accompanying them with respect, empathy, and closeness in their daily lives. Their work is essential to ensure the comfort, health, and dignity of the elderly, collaborating closely with the center's healthcare and multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

Care for, accompany, and assist residents in their daily activities, always ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Collaborate in the development and support of therapies, following the instructions of the healthcare staff and the direct care team.
Serve and assist with breakfasts, snacks, and other meals, as well as keep the residents' personal belongings clean and in good condition.
Accompany on walks and activities, and help residents when they go to bed or get up, especially those with limited mobility.
Perform personal hygiene for residents.
Carry out the necessary mobilizations to promote comfort and prevent complications derived from immobility.
Communicate any incidents or changes in the resident's condition to the nursing or supervision team.
