The role

In our Digital Solutions & IT unit, EC/XD, we develop IT concepts and solutions for our global coatings and surfaces business. We drive innovative solutions, ensure seamless end-to-end processes, and identify global best practices for our locations. Your role will involve:

What you'll do

Defining or selecting the technically optimal implementation of FI and AP processes, with an initial focus on a global invoice processing project.
Taking technical responsibility for interfaces with satellite systems.
Collaborating closely with Global and Regional Process Owners for EC/XD and with the Controlling and Finance digitalization teams.
Contributing to the design of the future, independent FI and AP architecture model and implementing quality standards.
Designing and implementing SAP solutions, including customizing, development, and integration into existing system landscapes, in close cooperation with technical implementation partners.
In daily operations, providing second-level support to Application Managed Services, analyzing critical incidents in the production system.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

A university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration with an IT focus.
In-depth knowledge of IT landscapes, especially customizing and programming in the SAP (S/4HANA) FI & CO modules.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, using methods and tools for describing interfaces and data architecture.
Several years of experience in global IT projects will be valued.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
Analytical skills and a collaborative mindset to achieve optimal results with internal and external partners.
