Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
Strong domain knowledge in pricing, including price management, CPQ, price optimization, or AI-based pricing.
Industry experience in chemicals, materials, or related B2B manufacturing sectors.
Experience in agile software development and cross-functional delivery.
Proven ability to work effectively in global and virtual teams or projects.
Strong analytical capabilities and sound judgment in complex, fast-moving environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to foster a positive, energized, and solution-oriented culture.
Growth mindset with curiosity to learn, improve, and adopt emerging technologies.
Experience with quoting and pricing solutions, preferably PROS/Conga Pricing Suite.
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration.
Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA ERP.
Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and related business processes.
Experience in agentic AI concepts and their potential application in digital pricing.

Nice to have

Programmatic Salesforce know-how, for example Apex, is preferred.

The role

What you'll do

Act as senior consultant and technical expert for the Digital Pricing Framework based on PROS/Conga Pricing Suite, integrated with Salesforce.
Combine deep technical expertise with strategic ownership of architecture, development, administration, and platform integration.
Shape the future development of the Pricing Framework across CPQ, price management, AI-based pricing, and quotation management.
Ensure stable, scalable, and future-proof platform development across business-critical pricing processes.
Lead and support upcoming SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA ERP integrations.
Advise business stakeholders on digitalization opportunities in pricing and quotation management.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for agile delivery.
Contribute actively to an agile, self-organized DevOps team and drive continuous improvement.
